Hi, I'm Felicia! I'm a product designer with experience in both in-house and agency settings. Most recently, at Drata, I went deep in-house, working on everything from a major platform redesign to leading an end-to-end notifications project, all while helping lay the groundwork for AI-powered features. Before that, at sköna, a B2B creative agency, I did more visual-heavy work in branding and website design, where I worked with multiple clients and built strong relationships from the ground up.
I also started my career as a software engineer, writing code for the Linksys mobile app at Belkin, which still shapes how I work today. That hands-on experience gives me a working understanding of what's feasible and where the real constraints are, so I can have more grounded conversations with engineers during handoff.
Coworkers describe me as reliable and easy to work with — someone people know they can count on for timely, thoughtful collaboration and clear communication, even when timelines get tight. My former manager has told me I consistently punch above my weight, doing high-quality work in a fast-changing environment. I also care about team culture — I started a monthly social hour for our remote team, planning games (Gartic Phone and Hues and Cues were a couple favorites) and activities to bring people together.
Outside of work, you'll find me playing pickleball, crocheting, or trying out a new restaurant!
